You may not create accounts for others without their consent, share your account with others, or use our services for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our community guidelines.

Candidates must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in their profiles and applications. Misrepresenting qualifications is grounds for immediate account termination.

You agree not to apply for positions you are knowingly unqualified for, use automated tools to apply in bulk, or scrape or harvest data from our platform.

Employers must post accurate job descriptions and comply with all applicable employment laws, including equal opportunity and non-discrimination requirements.

Employers agree not to use candidate data for purposes other than hiring, not to share candidate information with third parties without consent, and to maintain the confidentiality of all applications received.

All content on Zevriko, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Zevriko Technology Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (e.g., resumes, job postings). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute it in connection with our services.

You agree not to: post false, misleading, or fraudulent content; harass, abuse, or harm other users; use our platform for spam or phishing; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems; or interfere with the proper working of the platform.

Zevriko is a platform that connects job seekers and employers. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, the accuracy of job postings, or the outcome of any hiring process.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zevriko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
